      Product description:

      The network monitoring controller of Lilou cylinder is composed of on-site supervision components, Ethernet transmission and computer network management softwares.  On-site supervision components include pressure transducer, flow transducer and alarm-controls cabinet.  Each on-site components will be allocated to a fixed internet IP address, realizing internet contact with internet management computers by public internet and achiving information management towards distance on-site node by using explored management softwares.  Each cylinder combination installs pressure transducer and each tube of sanitary zone installs a flow transducer.  Transducer’s input is 24VDC, and the output is switch quantity.  The system will deem the cylinder combination as being exposed if the cylinder pressure transducer triggers.  The systerm will regard the cylinder combination as eruption if the pressure transducer and flow transducer trigger together.

      System interface:

      The control pannel of system cabinet is composed of liquid display screen, buttons and pilot lamp.  Liquid display screen can present each linked cylinder’s  condition in real time.  If the cylinder combination is disclosed or erupted, the pressure switch breaks, the liquid display screen will present corresponding information.   System time and equipment code can be set through buttons.  The operating pannel of upper computer is composed of communication condition, alarm information and false information of communication.  Long distance monitoring sysyerm will send contact singial of equipment to fire control center regulary.  This signal is displayed in commnunication bar.  The false informaton of communication will inform if there is equipment or internet breakdown.  Alarm information bar can present the condition of cylinder combination in the long distance, which include time, address, cylinder combination’s code and contact members in emergency cases.

      4)Alarm immediately if the cylinder combination discloses, erupts or breaks and inform some reponsible members to react immediately.

      5)Report to the police and arrange the failure information automatically for being checked with convenience.

      6)Being linked with other on-site electric devices, cut electricity when fire events happen.

      7)Personalized design and effective usage of resources according to the size bewteen the space of each cylinder.   

      Application:

      1)theoretically can be adapted to all alarms on pressure containers of fire control with transducers’interfaces.

      2)For those pressure containers of fire control without transducers’ interfaces, it can alarm in the long distance by changing containers’ valves.

      3)Any places with ethernet interfaces.
